At Lumene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
